NAYA HEALING
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and provision of services offered under the name Naya Healing, including individual sessions, wellbeing sessions, personal-development sessions, consultations, programmes, packages and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, booking or using any Service.
By placing an order, making a booking, paying for a Service or otherwise using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right, remedy, liability, protection or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1. ABOUT NAYA HEALING
Naya Healing is the trading name of an independent sole-trader business established in the United Kingdom.
For contractual purposes, references to “Naya Healing”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the sole trader operating under the Naya Healing trading name.
Trading name: Naya Healing
Business structure: Sole trader
Country of establishment: United Kingdom
Business email: naya@nayahealing.me
Website: https://nayahealing.me
Naya Healing is a trading name and is not a separate legal entity from the sole trader operating it.
The above information is provided to the extent required by applicable law.
2. SCOPE AND NATURE OF THE SERVICES
Naya Healing provides wellbeing, personal-development, emotional-support and related services as specifically described on the relevant Service page, booking page or written agreement.
The precise nature, duration, format, price and method of delivery of each Service will be described at the time of booking.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the Services are intended to support wellbeing, self-awareness, emotional exploration, personal development and related non-clinical objectives.
2.1 No medical or clinical service
Naya Healing is not a medical practice and does not provide medical care, medical treatment, psychiatric care, clinical psychology, diagnosis or emergency healthcare.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the practitioner operating Naya Healing does not represent the Services as medical, psychiatric, psychological or other regulated healthcare.
Nothing in the Services constitutes a diagnosis or medical assessment.
The Services are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a suitably qualified and appropriately regulated healthcare professional.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate medical, psychiatric, psychological or other professional assistance where required.
Naya Healing does not instruct Clients to discontinue prescribed medication, medical treatment or professional care.
3. INTERNATIONAL PROVISION OF SERVICES
Naya Healing may accept Clients located in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions where Naya Healing reasonably determines that the relevant Service may lawfully and appropriately be provided.
Naya Healing does not represent that every Service is available in every country.
The availability of a Service may depend upon:
-
applicable laws and regulations;
-
professional or licensing requirements;
-
the Client’s age;
-
safeguarding requirements;
-
tax requirements;
-
sanctions and export-control considerations;
-
insurance requirements;
-
local restrictions on remote services;
-
the nature of the particular Service; and
-
other circumstances relevant to lawful provision.
Naya Healing may refuse, suspend or discontinue a booking where it reasonably considers that provision of the Service could create material legal, regulatory, professional, safeguarding, insurance or other compliance concerns.
No refusal under this clause is intended to affect any mandatory statutory right.
4. CLIENT LOCATION AND LAWFUL RECEIPT OF ONLINE SERVICES
For an online Service, the Client must provide accurate information concerning the country in which the Client will physically be located when receiving the Service.
The Client is responsible for informing Naya Healing if their physical location changes.
The Client represents that, to the best of their knowledge, receiving the relevant Service while physically located in that jurisdiction is lawful.
Naya Healing may rely on information supplied by the Client concerning their location.
Where Naya Healing reasonably believes that provision of the Service may be unlawful, professionally restricted or otherwise inappropriate in the relevant jurisdiction, Naya Healing may decline or discontinue the Service.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Naya Healing does not promise or guarantee any particular emotional, psychological, physical, relational, professional, financial or other outcome.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Descriptions of possible benefits, experiences or outcomes appearing on the Website or elsewhere are illustrative only and are not guarantees.
The Client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and choices.
6. HEALTH, SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES
The Services are not emergency services and are not designed to provide continuous monitoring, crisis intervention or emergency response.
If you are experiencing an immediate medical or psychological emergency, believe that you or another person is at immediate risk of serious harm, or require urgent professional assistance, you must contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional in your location.
Naya Healing must not be relied upon as an emergency-response service.
Emails, messages and other communications outside scheduled appointments may not be monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies.
Naya Healing does not provide continuous supervision or monitoring between sessions.
7. ELIGIBILITY
Services may be offered to adults and, where expressly stated, teenagers or children.
The relevant Service page may specify age restrictions or additional consent requirements.
Naya Healing may decline to provide a Service where age, consent, safeguarding, professional, legal or other circumstances make the arrangement unsuitable.
8. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Where a Client is under 18, Naya Healing may require consent, involvement or authorisation from a parent, legal guardian or other person having lawful authority to arrange the Service.
The person arranging the Service on behalf of a minor confirms that they have the necessary legal authority.
Naya Healing may request reasonable evidence of such authority.
Where required by applicable law, the parent, guardian or authorised adult will be treated as the contracting party and will remain responsible for payment and compliance with these Terms.
Confidentiality for minors may be subject to safeguarding duties, legal requirements and the age and circumstances of the Client.
Naya Healing does not guarantee that information disclosed by a minor will remain confidential where disclosure is legally required, necessary to address a serious safeguarding concern, reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm, required by a competent authority or otherwise permitted by law.
Where reasonably practicable and lawful, relevant confidentiality limitations will be explained to the Client and/or authorised adult.
Naya Healing may decline to provide Services to a minor located outside the United Kingdom where local legal, licensing, safeguarding or professional requirements make the arrangement uncertain or unsuitable.
9. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
A contract is formed when:
-
you submit a booking or order;
-
payment is successfully authorised or received; and
-
Naya Healing accepts or confirms the booking or order.
The contract consists of:
-
these Terms;
-
the applicable Service description;
-
the applicable booking or order confirmation;
-
any applicable cancellation or package terms; and
-
any additional written terms expressly incorporated into the transaction.
Where a separate written agreement is entered into between Naya Healing and a Client, that agreement prevails over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
10. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
Prices may be displayed in GBP, EUR, USD, CHF or another currency stated at checkout.
The applicable price is the price clearly displayed immediately before completion of the transaction.
Currency conversion by a bank, card issuer or payment provider is outside Naya Healing’s control.
Banks and payment providers may apply their own exchange rates or fees.
Taxes, VAT and similar charges will be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant transaction.
Where a price is legally required to include applicable taxes, the displayed price will be treated accordingly.
Where tax is required to be added at checkout, this will be stated before payment is completed.
Nothing in these Terms determines the tax treatment of a transaction where mandatory tax law provides otherwise.
11. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.
By submitting payment details, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.
Naya Healing may use third-party payment processors and does not ordinarily receive or retain full payment-card credentials.
You must not initiate a fraudulent, knowingly false or abusive payment dispute or chargeback.
This does not restrict your right to dispute an unauthorised transaction, fraudulent transaction or other legitimate payment issue.
Where a payment dispute arises, Clients are encouraged to contact Naya Healing first so that the matter can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved.
12. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
A session is considered delivered when the agreed appointment takes place.
The Client is responsible for attending at the agreed time.
For online Services, the Client is responsible for:
-
an appropriate device;
-
a sufficiently reliable internet connection;
-
any required software;
-
an appropriate private environment; and
-
any equipment reasonably required for the Service.
Technical problems arising solely from the Client’s equipment, connection, software or environment do not automatically create a right to a refund or replacement session.
Naya Healing may exercise reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances.
13. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Unless a different cancellation period is stated for a particular Service:
-
cancellation or rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will normally permit rescheduling;
-
cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the appointment being treated as used;
-
non-attendance may result in the appointment being treated as used; and
-
lateness does not automatically extend the scheduled appointment.
Naya Healing may exercise reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances.
This clause does not override any mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer rights.
14. MULTI-SESSION PACKAGES
A multi-session package is a bundled commercial offer comprising the number of sessions stated on the relevant Service page.
For example:
4-session package: €265
Standard individual-session price: €70
The package price is a bundled price and is not necessarily calculated by multiplying a discounted per-session price.
Where a refund is legally required or otherwise granted after one or more sessions have been provided, the standard individual-session price applicable at the time of purchase may be used to determine the value of Services already supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For the example above:
-
1 session supplied: €70
-
2 sessions supplied: €140
-
3 sessions supplied: €210
-
4 sessions supplied: €280
The actual refund calculation remains subject to mandatory applicable law and any statutory consumer rights.
15. PACKAGE EXPIRY
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant Service page or booking confirmation, a package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
After expiry, unused sessions may expire to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where Naya Healing has materially prevented the Client from using the package, an appropriate extension may be provided.
16. STATUTORY CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Where applicable law gives a Client a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a distance contract, nothing in these Terms removes or restricts that right.
For qualifying UK distance contracts for services, consumers may have a statutory cancellation period of 14 days. Different rules may apply where the Client expressly requests that performance begins during that period.
The precise application of cancellation rights depends upon the nature of the Service, the Client’s legal status, the jurisdiction concerned and the circumstances of the transaction.
Where mandatory law gives the Client additional or different rights, those rights remain unaffected.
17. REQUEST TO BEGIN SERVICES DURING THE CANCELLATION PERIOD
Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation period, Naya Healing may begin supplying the Service during that period only where the necessary legal conditions for doing so have been satisfied.
Where applicable law requires an express request from the Client and/or acknowledgement concerning the consequences of beginning performance, Naya Healing may obtain that request or acknowledgement at checkout or through another legally appropriate method.
Where a Service is cancelled after performance has begun, Naya Healing may, where permitted by applicable law, charge the proportion of the Service supplied before cancellation.
Where applicable law provides that the cancellation right is lost after full performance following the required express request and acknowledgement, Naya Healing may rely upon that provision.
18. REFUNDS
Where a refund is legally due, Naya Healing will process it within the period required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where legally permitted, Naya Healing may deduct amounts attributable to Services already supplied.
For partially used packages, the calculation described in Section 14 may be applied to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made in the currency of the original transaction.
Naya Healing is not responsible for foreign-exchange losses or fees imposed by a bank, card issuer or payment provider after the original transaction.
19. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
After any applicable statutory cancellation period, Naya Healing may, at its reasonable discretion, agree to terminate a package and refund an unused portion where serious and unexpected circumstances make continued use unreasonable.
Examples may include:
-
death of the Client;
-
death of a close family member;
-
serious illness;
-
hospitalisation;
-
serious accident; or
-
another significant and unforeseeable circumstance preventing reasonable use.
Reasonable supporting evidence may be requested.
Naya Healing may instead offer:
-
rescheduling;
-
an extension;
-
an alternative arrangement; or
-
a partial refund.
This is a discretionary contractual policy and does not determine whether an event constitutes force majeure under applicable law.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances genuinely beyond that party’s reasonable control and recognised as force majeure under applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
-
natural disasters;
-
war;
-
terrorism;
-
civil disorder;
-
government restrictions;
-
widespread telecommunications failures;
-
power failures;
-
serious illness or incapacity of the practitioner;
-
death or serious emergency affecting the practitioner;
-
failures of essential third-party infrastructure; and
-
other genuinely unforeseeable circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Naya Healing may offer a replacement appointment.
Where performance becomes permanently impossible, the parties’ rights will be determined by applicable law.
21. PRACTITIONER DISCRETION AND RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE
The practitioner may reasonably determine that a particular exercise, subject, technique, session or Service is unsuitable in the circumstances.
Naya Healing may therefore modify, pause, refuse or terminate a Service where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
-
safety concerns;
-
safeguarding concerns;
-
lack of required consent;
-
inappropriate or abusive behaviour;
-
suspected unlawful use of the Service;
-
material misrepresentation by the Client;
-
inability to provide the Service lawfully;
-
professional or regulatory concerns;
-
repeated disruption; or
-
circumstances making continued provision inappropriate.
Where reasonably practicable, Naya Healing will explain the relevant reason.
This discretion does not permit Naya Healing to avoid mandatory legal obligations.
22. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
-
provide accurate information reasonably relevant to the Service;
-
disclose information reasonably necessary for safe and appropriate provision;
-
attend appointments on time;
-
behave respectfully;
-
comply with reasonable Service-related instructions;
-
use the Website and Services lawfully;
-
respect the privacy of other participants;
-
maintain appropriate security of their own accounts and devices; and
-
seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance where necessary.
23. CONFIDENTIALITY
Naya Healing will treat information disclosed during Services as confidential, subject to:
-
applicable law;
-
legal obligations;
-
safeguarding requirements;
-
lawful orders or requests from competent authorities;
-
serious and imminent risks of harm;
-
establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights;
-
legitimate professional or insurance requirements; and
-
other circumstances where disclosure is authorised or required by law.
No guarantee is given that electronic communications or online sessions can be completely secure.
Further information concerning personal-data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
24. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Naya Healing’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU/EEA GDPR or other applicable data-protection legislation.
Where Naya Healing processes personal data of individuals in jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom, the applicability of local data-protection law will be assessed according to the relevant circumstances.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:
-
categories of personal data processed;
-
purposes of processing;
-
legal bases;
-
retention;
-
recipients and processors;
-
international transfers;
-
data-subject rights; and
-
contact information concerning privacy.
25. RECORDINGS
Clients must not record, reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit sessions without Naya Healing’s prior express permission.
Where Naya Healing wishes to record a session, appropriate consent will be obtained where required.
26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, materials supplied by Naya Healing remain the intellectual property of Naya Healing or its licensors.
This may include:
-
written materials;
-
worksheets;
-
exercises;
-
frameworks;
-
recordings;
-
Website content;
-
branding;
-
graphics;
-
original methodologies; and
-
other proprietary materials.
Clients receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use materials supplied as part of the Services for personal use.
Without prior written permission, Clients must not:
-
reproduce materials commercially;
-
publish or distribute them;
-
resell them;
-
sublicense them;
-
represent them as their own;
-
use them to create competing commercial products or services; or
-
upload them to public or commercial repositories.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
27. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES
Naya Healing may use third-party providers including payment processors, scheduling systems, video-conferencing platforms, email providers, hosting providers and other technology providers.
Naya Healing is not responsible for a third-party failure to the extent that the relevant failure is genuinely outside Naya Healing’s reasonable control and applicable law does not impose liability upon Naya Healing.
Where reasonably possible, Naya Healing may reschedule or provide a reasonable alternative.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
28. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Naya Healing aims to maintain the Website in a reasonably secure and functional condition but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
29. CLIENT CONDUCT, HARASSMENT AND MISUSE
Naya Healing does not restrict a Client’s lawful right to express an opinion, make a lawful complaint or provide a lawful review.
However, Clients must not use the Website, Services or communications with Naya Healing to:
-
threaten violence or harm;
-
harass, stalk or intimidate;
-
impersonate Naya Healing or another person;
-
publish or disclose confidential personal information without lawful authority;
-
deliberately expose another person’s private address, telephone number, financial information or other sensitive personal information;
-
make knowingly false factual allegations for the purpose of causing unlawful harm;
-
unlawfully discriminate against or threaten the practitioner;
-
interfere with the operation of the Website;
-
attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
-
misuse or reproduce proprietary materials;
-
engage in fraud; or
-
use the Services for an unlawful purpose.
Naya Healing may preserve relevant records and take proportionate legal or technical measures where reasonably necessary to protect the business, practitioner, Clients or third parties.
Nothing in this section prevents lawful criticism, lawful reporting to regulators or authorities, legitimate complaints, or any other legally protected communication.
30. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AND RELIANCE
The Services and information supplied by Naya Healing are intended for the Client who purchases the Service.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, no third party is entitled to rely upon any statement, recommendation, material or communication provided as part of the Services.
A Client must not represent to another person that Naya Healing has provided medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, psychological or other regulated professional advice unless that representation is expressly accurate and authorised.
31. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
breach of statutory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
liability that cannot lawfully be limited; or
-
any other liability which applicable law prohibits from being excluded or restricted.
Subject to mandatory law, Naya Healing will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or similar economic loss, to the extent such exclusion is lawful.
Subject to mandatory law, Naya Healing’s aggregate contractual liability arising from a particular Service will not exceed the amount actually paid for that Service.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits the limitation.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory remedy available to a consumer.
32. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIBERATE UNLAWFUL MISUSE
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify Naya Healing for losses caused by Naya Healing’s own negligence, breach of contract or unlawful conduct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Client may be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Naya Healing as a direct result of the Client’s:
-
deliberate unlawful conduct;
-
fraud;
-
deliberate misuse of the Services;
-
material breach of these Terms; or
-
infringement of Naya Healing’s intellectual-property rights.
33. COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be sent to:
Email: naya@nayahealing.me
Please provide sufficient information for the matter to be investigated.
Naya Healing will consider complaints reasonably and in good faith.
Nothing in this complaints procedure prevents a Client from exercising any statutory right, contacting a competent regulator or pursuing another lawful remedy.
34. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
Naya Healing intends the contractual relationship to be governed by English law as set out below.
However, where a Client qualifies as a consumer and mandatory consumer protection law in the Client’s jurisdiction applies to the transaction, those mandatory rights may continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
The choice of English law therefore does not constitute a representation that English law overrides every mandatory rule of another jurisdiction.
35. GOVERNING LAW
Subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, these Terms and the contractual relationship between Naya Healing and the Client are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This choice of law is intended to apply to the maximum extent legally permissible.
Where mandatory law requires another law to apply to a particular issue, that mandatory law will apply only to the extent required.
36. JURISDICTION
Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights of consumers and any other mandatory law:
the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in another jurisdiction where mandatory law gives that consumer such a right.
37. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified or disapplied only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
38. NO WAIVER
A failure or delay by Naya Healing to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
39. ASSIGNMENT
The Client may not transfer a contract or contractual rights without Naya Healing’s prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Naya Healing may transfer, restructure or reorganise its business and associated contractual rights where reasonably necessary, provided that mandatory Client rights are not adversely affected.
40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Naya Healing may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights already acquired under an existing contract unless permitted by law or expressly agreed.
The version applicable to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the relevant contract was formed.
The current version will be published on the Website with its effective date.
41. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Communications concerning bookings, purchases, cancellations and Services may be provided electronically, subject to any mandatory requirements concerning durable media or other forms of communication.
Clients are responsible for providing a functioning email address and checking communications concerning their bookings.
42. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with:
-
the applicable Service description;
-
booking or order confirmation;
-
applicable package terms;
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Cookie Policy, where applicable; and
-
any additional written agreement expressly incorporated into the transaction,
form the contractual framework governing the relevant Services.
Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

4. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and the data, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.
4.1 All the rights are reserved
Unless specific content dictates otherwise, you are not granted a license or any other right under Copyright, Trademark, Patent, or other Intellectual Property Rights. This means that you will not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed into any electronic medium, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market, or commercialize any resources on this website in any form, without our prior written permission, except and only insofar as otherwise stipulated in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote).
5. Third-party property
Our website may include hyperlinks or other references to other party’s websites. We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website. Products or services offered by other websites shall be subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of those third parties. Engaging in any activity that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or that interferes with the performance, availability, or accessibility of the website is strictly prohibited.
7. Refund and Return policy
7.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. To this end, you may use the withdrawal function available. You are, however, free to express your intention to withdraw from the contract by making an unequivocal statement in any other suitable way.
You can also submit any other unequivocal statement on our website.
We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
7.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.
8. Idea submission
Do not submit any ideas, inventions, works of authorship, or other information that can be considered your own intellectual property that you would like to present to us unless we have first signed an agreement regarding the intellectual property or a non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose it to us absent such written agreement, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
9. Termination of use
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time modify or discontinue access to, temporarily or permanently, the website or any Service thereon. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of your access to, or use of, the website or any content that you may have shared on the website. You will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment, even if certain features, settings, and/or any Content you have contributed or have come to rely on, are permanently lost. You must not circumvent or bypass, or attempt to circumvent or bypass, any access restriction measures on our website.
10. Warranties and liability
Nothing in this section will limit or exclude any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to limit or to exclude. This website and all content on the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Content. We make no warranty that:
- this website or our content will meet your requirements;
- this website will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
Nothing on this website constitutes or is meant to constitute, legal, financial or medical advice of any kind. If you require advice you should consult an appropriate professional.
The following provisions of this section will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and will not limit or exclude our liability in respect of any matter which it would be unlawful or illegal for us to limit or to exclude our liability. In no event will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including any damages for loss of profits or revenue, loss or corruption of data, software or database, or loss of or harm to property or data) incurred by you or any third party, arising from your access to, or use of, our website.
Except to the extent any additional contract expressly states otherwise, our maximum liability to you for all damages arising out of or related to the website or any products and services marketed or sold through the website, regardless of the form of legal action that imposes liability (whether in contract, equity, negligence, intended conduct, tort or otherwise) will be limited to the total price that you paid to us to purchase such products or services or use the website. Such limit will apply in the aggregate to all of your claims, actions and causes of action of every kind and nature.
11. Privacy
To access our website and/or services, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
